The primary responsibility of this position will be to support all activities related to elctromechanical assembly throughout production.Perform quality assurance on product builds to ensure costumer specifications are met. Assist in developing and implementing Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) and programs.

1. Gather parts and confirm quantities are correct verses Bill of Materials. Communicate parts shortages to the Operations team.
2. Build cables and connectors (cut, strip, solder and crimp wires) to dimensions and specifications as listed on mechanical and electrical drawings. Must be able to terminate wiring, point-point testing.
3. Read EL&C schematics, P&ID' s to assemble parts into sub-assemblies or final products using hand tools and electric tools which can include, pnenumatic valves assemblies, electromechanical assemblies.

4. Perform Quality Checks per ISO9001 documentation. Inspect and measure incoming materials, in house manufactured parts and final products and kits.
5. Label and package final products. Deliver locally when necessary, product assemblies and kits to customers.
6. Red line engineering drawings and error discovered.
7. Ensure efficiency, safety and cleanliness of the production area.

1. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in related field
2. Must pass drug and background check
3. Ability to lift 50lbs; manual dexterity
